Jerry Gillis is married to Edie and they have two boys. As the Lead Pastor at The Chapel at CrossPoint in Buffalo, NY. Jerry desires to make sure the church is leveraged for God’s mission of “every man, woman, and child having a repeated opportunity to hear and see the gospel of Jesus Christ.” He received his Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and his Master of Divinity at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
Tim Hawks is Lead Pastor at Hill Country Bible Church in Austin, Texas. Tim’s passion for church planting grew as he saw the need for more spiritually vibrant, missionally minded churches in the Austin area. Since 1996, the Association of Hill Country Churches has planted 29 churches throughout Greater Austin. He is a member of the directional team for Christ Together. He received his bachelor’s degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO, and a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wife, Cindy, for 30 years, and has four grown children.
Neal McGlohon planted Howell Community Church in Howell, NJ. He moved to Charlotte to help plant a network of churches that resulted in six new starts with 2700 in total attendance and over 1,600 baptisms. He is co-founder of The Cypress Project, which encourages the development of missional networks aimed at reaching people and transforming communities. He earned his B.S. degree from University of Georgia and a MDiv from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Neal and his wife, Joy, have one son, Brandon, and one married daughter, Joy, who is married to P.J.
Will Plitt serves as the Executive and Southeast Director for Christ Together. Will is passionate about helping to see the whole Church bring the whole gospel to the whole nation. He is committed to serving kingdom leaders, networks, and denominations to provide a way for the Church to join God on His mission to reach every man, woman, and child. Will has served as a church planter and pastor for the last 20 years. He and his family live in Winston-Salem, NC.
Rick Richardson is Professor of Evangelism and Leadership at Wheaton College and the Director of the Masters in Evangelism and Leadership and the Masters in Missional Church Movements degrees. He has recently been appointed an Affiliate Professor of Evangelism and Mission in Western Contexts at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He is also a Graduate Faculty Scholar with the Billy Graham Center for Evangelism (BGCE), where he directs Evangelizing Churches, a pastor cohort coaching, resourcing, and research arm that serves and equips local churches for witness. He also directs the research arm of the BGCE for all things related to evangelism and culture.
Jeff Shipman serves as the National Director for Christ Together. He also serves as an elder and Teaching/Lead Pastor of Crossroads Church in Columbia, SC. He helped to start Crossroads in 2000 out of his living room. He married his wife, Allison, in 1992 and they have three children.
